SUBWOOFER S.10 & WIRELESS TRANSMITTER/RECEIVER

SUBWOOFER S.10 & WIRELESS TRANSMITTER/RECEIVER
Sumiko S Series subwoofers have set the standard for musical accuracy and value from our entry level S.0 to the commanding S.9 subwoofer. Sumiko is pleased to announce the newest and largest S Series model, the S.10.

The S.10 is built for those who require higher power and deeper reach from a subwoofer, but with even greater definition and musicality than our smaller models.

The S.10 is powered by an ultra high current 500 watt, Class D amplifier. With a 1-kilowatt peak, the S.10 can deliver striking dynamics with ease. An all-new 12-inch driver has been developed with fiberglass sandwich construction, coupled to a 12-inch passive radiator of
identical material. This allows the S.10 to reach the lowest frequencies with transient control that is simply not found elsewhere in passive radiator designs.

The new Sumiko WRX Wireless Receiver is built into S.10, providing the same connectivity as the traditional wired setup. Speaker level and LFE connections can be sent over the air to the subwoofer simultaneously, creating the greatest flexibility in placement. This is made possible via the Sumiko WTX Wireless Transmitter, sold separately.

For existing models, such as S.0, S.5, and S.9, the Sumiko Wireless Receiver (WRX) is available separately, and can be connected to the subwoofer input to achieve the same wireless connectivity that is built into the S.10.

SUMIKO WIRELESS TRANSMITTER/RECEIVER

With the introduction of the largest S Series model, the S.10, Sumiko also announces the launch of wireless connectivity for all its subwoofers.

The Sumiko WTX Wireless Transmitter, and WRX Wireless Receiver provide the same connectivity as the traditional wired setup. Speaker level and LFE connections can be sent over the air to the subwoofer simultaneously, creating the greatest flexibility in placement.

The WTX Wireless Transmitter is sold separately in all cases. For existing models, such as S.0, S.5, and S.9, the WRX Wireless Receiver is also available separately, and can be connected to the subwoofer input to achieve full wireless connectivity. The allnew S.10 possesses the WRX Wireless Receiver already built in.

The S.10 is available in piano-gloss black or white, while the Sumiko WTX and WRX are available in pianogloss black only.

These 3 new products are making their debut at the 2016 Munich Hi End show. They will arrive in the market in September 2016.
